The fund comprises of limited qualifying companies from which profits are added onto the invested capital.
The investment is valued at the end of the term and the hurdle-rate achieved is calculated.
Depending on targets reached, over and above the hurdle-rate, the gain is added onto the capital.
The TAX obligation lies solely with the investor and a capital gains tax will be paid on the gain of the investment for the year that the investment is paid out to the investor.
