Profile: The Aurora Capital CB Stable Growth Portfolio - Regulation 28 is a multi-asset portfolio with a moderate risk profile. The portfolio will be actively managed with an equity exposure of not more than 60%. This lower equity weighting partially limits drawdown. The equity portion will consist of local and global equities (both public and private) and managed in accordance with Regulation 28 of the Pension Funds Act 24 of 1956. The portfolio’s exposure to shares is carefully balanced with more stable investments like bonds and other income and alternative assets.
Investment Objective: The portfolio is tactically managed to grow capital, with less volatility than high or pure equity funds. The portfolio aims to achieve CPI+4% over any 5-year rolling period. The objective of the portfolio is to outperform its benchmark on a total return basis in a cost- effective manner, while maintaining lower portfolio volatility.
